Students pay only $100 up to and on the day of the conference but must present a student ID at the door.
The Minnesota Nutrition Conference is for livestock nutritionists, feed industry professionals and those who wish to increase their knowledge of beef, dairy, swine, poultry and equine nutrition.
This year's pre-conference symposium "Corn–2011 and Beyond" is sponsored by the Minnesota Corn Growers Association and features Hans Stein, University of Illinois; Jeff Coulter and Hans Jung, U-M; and Grant Crawford, U-M Extension.
Day one of the conference includes updates on livestock nutrition research being conducted at the University of Minnesota followed by an evening reception sponsored by Alltech.
On day two of the conference, participants may choose between full-day sessions on ruminant or non-ruminant nutrition, or the half-day session on equine nutrition.
