Three New Members Join Progressive Ag Board

Progressive Agriculture Foundation aims to improve farm and ranch safety.

The Progressive Agriculture Foundation, a charitable foundation with the goal of improving farm and ranch safety and health, welcomes three new members to the Board of Directors: Robert Marshall with Bunge North America, Terry Barton with State Farm, and John Hays with Farm Credit System Foundation. The new members will join the board in October.

The Foundation provides training and resources to help local community members conduct one-day safety programs that are age-appropriate, hands-on and fun for rural children and families.

The new members will help the board guide and support the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day program. The program's goal is to make farm and ranch life safer and healthier for children through education and training.

Individuals interested in getting involved with Progressive Agriculture Safety Day should call 888-257-3592 or visit www.progressiveag.org for more information.
